Statement

My training taught me to think in systems: inputs, feedback, failure modes. Autonomous systems and AI work is an exercise in building processes that behave predictably under uncertainty — and in learning to notice exactly where that predictability breaks down. This work brings that same attention to a material practice where breakdown isn’t a bug to be fixed, but the actual subject.

Across the pieces gathered here, precise linework sits next to gestural collapse, and technical diagrams sit next to figures that resist being resolved into clean forms. I’m interested in the point where a system stops being legible — where a schematic starts to look like a body, or a body starts to look like a circuit — because that’s usually where the more honest image is.

I’m bringing this practice, and this attention, into a Digital and Fine Arts context because the boundary between engineering and image-making is thinner than either discipline admits. I’d like to keep working at it directly.
